A little more about me

In my work as a consultant, I shape three levels with my clients: the technical questions and topics, the methodological approaches, and the level of professional relationships. In my many years of experience as a leader in large companies, a key focus has been and continues to be the design and development of organisations. This enables me to quickly grasp my clients' complex challenges and develop concrete ideas to find solutions. As a coach, I also focus on identifying and shaping key professional relationships, which in my experience are a crucial factor for success.
