Qualifications & professional development

Three decades of marketing expertise meet modern AI methodology. As founder of "unite & grow GmbH", I build the bridge between human creativity and systemic team development, with the aim of making organisations future-ready and anchoring AI where it creates measurable value for employees, brands and sales.

Previously, from 2020 to 2026, I supported leaders and teams in systemic coaching and team development with "Kehm Consulting", and from 2006 to 2026 held various positions in brand, marketing and communications at a globally operating dental company.

Managing Director & Transformation Architect: unite & grow GmbH (09.2026 to present)

• Marketing, transformation & AI · Systemic coach and organisational consultant
• Built a hybrid organisation with 18 specialised AI roles, including profiles and value streams for the various areas and tasks
• More than 60 documented method and process modules, including systemic questioning techniques, OKR, Lean and Kaizen, workshop architecture and a Customer Voice Board

Corporate experience (2006–2026)

• Various leadership roles in brand, marketing and communications, focusing on successful product launches, campaign management and branding
• Introduced AI-supported tools and automation in global marketing, including building a global AI pilot team
• Global Process Owner for the rollout of the digital experience platform including AI, DAM and PIM integration
