A little more about me
In my work as a consultant, it's important to me to design processes and measures together with my clients and adapt them to their needs. I find it helpful to also shine a spotlight on the less illuminated corners. For example: where do the opportunities in the challenges lie, or what gives us stability in situations of change? My working languages are German and English. I relax best with music and a good book. I find exploring new places exciting (I rarely visit the same place twice when I travel).
