• Responsible for strategy, transformation, restructuring, digitalisation, acquisition & integration
• Experience in the social economy, education management, non-profit structures and collaboration with public-sector clients
• Extensive experience in transitional, crisis and high-pressure situations: providing orientation, stabilising leadership and ensuring execution

I am inspired by what modern technology, digitalisation and AI can make possible for people and organisations. At the same time, as a trained theologian, I am fascinated by questions of meaning, powerful imagery and sustainable future narratives. My passion is to ground these visions and work with people to turn them into concrete reality. I love it when deadlocked situations give way to a new sense of direction – and people realise with joy: we're making progress.
