What drives me is this: people are not moved to act by persuasion, but by experiences that make them want more. That’s why my approach is deliberately accessible, inviting and relationship-oriented. I create spaces where curiosity arises and curiosity turns into action. I accompany, I advise, I encourage. But I don't lecture.

AI transformation and digital change

I support organisations on their journey towards an AI-supported way of working – from the initial questions and strategic implementation to the point where AI truly becomes part of everyday work. For me, it’s less about the technology and more about the people behind it: What do they need to get started? What is holding them back? And how can they quickly gain their first real experiences to build trust?
