Communication
Communication is the heart of any organisation. The way people talk to each other determines whether collaboration succeeds, conflicts are resolved, and change is embraced in daily work. We strengthen the communication skills of leaders, teams, and entire departments – focusing on what actually happens between people.
Good questioning and effective listening are our central tools. An appreciative attitude, systemic questioning techniques, and the latest findings from brain research help to unlock potential rather than defend positions. We practise this not in theory, but in simulations based on real-life work situations.
Feedback is one of the most powerful tools for collaboration – and one of the most frequently misused. Constructive feedback motivates, encourages self-reflection, and improves collaboration. Destructive feedback leaves a trail of damage. We work on what distinguishes feedback from criticism and judgment, and how even critical feedback can be formulated in a motivating way.
Furthermore, it's about the conditions that allow for open conversation: psychological safety, how mistakes are handled, a learning culture, and the ability to address conflicts early. This is the difference between high-performing teams and teams that are just playing it safe.
We work in training sessions, short virtual impulse formats, and interactive keynotes where improvisation actors bring the topics to life on stage. Learning happens with the head, heart, and gut.
