Facilitating key situations professionally. Strategy retreats, decision-making workshops, conflict resolutions, kick-offs, retrospectives: there are meetings where too much is at stake to lead them on the side. That's when we take over the facilitation – allowing you to focus on the content instead of managing the process.

We facilitate impartially and with a focus on results. The goal remains clearly visible, the phases are cleanly separated, and it is clear from the start what can actually be shaped and what is already fixed. To ask is to lead: we guide through questions, maintain an overview, and ensure that commitment is created in the end, rather than a collection of ideas without owners.

In the virtual space, all of this is more demanding. Participation doesn't happen on its own, and keeping everyone on board, from talkaholics to silent surfers, is a craft. We design the check-in and check-out, the pacing and rhythm, the interaction and visibility in such a way that digital formats remain lively and deliver sustainable results.

You can also learn facilitation yourself. Our 'Fit for Virtual Facilitation' format consists of three modules focusing on online presence, lively participation from start to finish, and goal-oriented guidance within the group. We work together with improvisation actors who make situations from everyday meeting life immediately tangible.
